Although there was a trend toward a better OS in women whose PEs appeared during the disease course (34.5 months, 95%CI 25.4–43.5) in contrast to those with PEs at the time of OC diagnosis (20.8 months, 95%CI 13.9–27.7), it did not reach statistical significance (p=0.296).
