Cortisol, NGF, and BDNF Levels in Saliva and Tears Were Modulated by RR Training Eleven out of 23 subjects showed a trend to a decrease in cortisol level in saliva (0.115 ± 0.07 μg/dL vs. 0.094 ± 0.08 μg/dL).
