Risk Factors Associated with Post-Transplant Outcomes On multivariate analysis, there was a trend of lower mortality in the IFN-free DAA treatment era, with 18% (HR 0.82; 95% CI 0.60–1.13; P =0.22) reduction in patient mortality at 1 year after LT and 16% (HR 0.84; 95% CI 0.69–1.03, P =0.10) reduction at 3 years, although it did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Table 1 ).
