In a univariable generalized estimating equations (GEE) model, the most notable variables associated with a lower prevalence of seroprotective IgG titers were BCMA-CAR-T cell therapy (prevalence ratio, 0.47; 95% CI, 0.18–1.25) and sample collection within a year of CAR-T cell infusion (prevalence ratio, 0.62; 95% CI, 0.32–1.19; Figure 6A and Supplemental Figure 6A ), but these findings did not reach statistical significance.
