As the concentration of agar in the lower layer climbed (Ag 25 , Ag 30 , Ag 40 , and Ag 60 ), there was a clear trend in which the increase in Young's modulus values led to the decreased deformation of the lower agar layers and the increased deformation of the ATM (i.e., in compensation).
