The study did not achieve the expected statistical significance for shortening adjuvant treatment duration from 6 to 3 months, in CRC patients; however, there was a clear trend for patients with lower risk CRC (T1-T3/N1) to benefit from the administration of CAPOX for three months [ 6 ].
