Whole-body fat mass and fat percentage had a moderately significant decrease in the groups CS-RT+CrM (−2.18 ± 0.82 (−2.88, −1.49); −0.44 (−0.77, −0.20) and −1.75 ± 1.41 (−2.94, −0.56); −0.47 (−0.93, −0.11), respectively) and CS-RT (−1.75 ± 1.41 (−2.94, −0.56); −0.47 (−0.93, −0.11) and −1.32 ± 1.12 (−2.26, −0.37); −0.36 (−0.64, −0.07), respectively) while moderate and small effects were detected for these variables in the control group.
