At the end of the study period, the rate was higher in the PGX-guided group, but the difference did not reach statistical significance ( p =0.071). 29 The results of the RCT by Greden et al showed a statistically significant higher remission rate in the GeneSight-guided group (15.3%) compared to TAU (10.1%) ( p =0.007). 30 The remission rate in the RCT by Thase et al was 18.2% higher in the GeneSight-guided arm compared to 10.7% in TAU (∆=7.5%, p =0.003) in patients with previous antidepressant failures. 31 Safety Summary There was a general inconsistency and lack of data on safety outcomes in the included reviews.
