GluA1 showed no significance in either strain (two-way ANOVA, F(1,21) = 0.0036, p = 0.9526; Figure 3 a) nor post-injury (ANOVA, F(1,21) = 3.220, p = 0.0872; Figure 3 a), although the WIS animals showed a trend towards a decreased GluA1 expression with injury that did not reach significance in the two-way ANOVA analysis.
