Among RV217 participants, there were more PNGS in sequences from individuals who developed bNAbs ( n = 30) than in those who did not develop bNAbs over time ( n = 28), and yet this difference did not reach statistical significance: P = 0.064 for sequences sampled in acute infection ( Fig. 6A ).
