Furthermore, the resulting RNVC increase from (partially) reallocating the volume of certain surgical services to the community can be quite significant; in our partner’s case, the RNVC increase is close to 12% (if all leaked demand is recovered), and we estimate that about 4% of the increase is due to the (partial) deployment of specific surgical services to the community.
