The plasma PK profiles observed showed a change in distribution and elimination of BI 187004 over the entire dose range of 2.5 to 360 mg BI 187004: From 2.5 to 160 mg volume of distribution as well as clearance showed a trend to decrease and then increased for the doses 240 and 360 mg as possible explanation of these changes.
