Although there was improvement in their understanding of what was considered to be screening mammogram (37.4–45.0%) and the knowledge that Medisave (a national compulsory saving scheme) could be used to subsidise the screening mammograms (58.8–66.4%), it did not reach statistical significance [ 6 ].
