As reported in the REGOMA trial, the subgroup of patients taking steroids at baseline showed a trend for a shorter survival compared to patients without steroid treatment, despite it not being statistically significant ( p = 0.08); indeed, the hazard ratio for patients receiving regorafenib and steroid was 0.75 versus 0.34 for patients treated with regorafenib alone.
