Three-way repeated-measures ANOVAs were then conducted separately for GD9.5 males and females and those revealed a significant interaction between ISI and prenatal treatment in female offspring (F(1,28) = 6.824, p = 0.014) with a trend for increased PPI in poly I:C offspring at 30 ms ISI, but the result did not reach statistical significance after Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons (F(1,28) = 3.740, p = 0.063).
