A higher incidence of severe disease was present in patients with cluster 1 infections (11.7% [95% CI: 8.3–16%] versus 7.0% [95% CI 3.1–13.3%] in cluster 2) but this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.208; Table 1 ).
