In the current study, pembrolizumab in the presence of cytotoxic TALL-104 cells appears to slow down the growth of the HCT-116 p53+/+ cell line ( Figure 1B ), which was shown to be resistant to T-cell mediated killing both in vivo and in vitro ( Figure 1B and Figure 3B , respectively), however, this effect did not reach statistical significance.
