The model including PSAD and age together with immunotranscriptomics showed a trend toward better performance in the 60–66-year age range with an AUC of 0.91 in the independent validation set, compared to the 42–60-year age range with an AUC of 0.79 ( p = 0.06), and a significant difference in the 66–87 age range with an AUC of 0.80 ( p = 0.04).
