Compared to NDRD group, patients in DN group had a significantly greater risk of adverse renal outcomes in the fully adjusted model (hazard ratio [HR] = 3.900, 95% CI = 1.103–13.788). The same trend was observed in patients of MIX group, although this difference did not reach statistical significance (HR: 2.691, 95% CI: 0.662–10.936; Figure 3 ).
