Our analysis was limited to utilizing clinical and biochemical evaluation of excess cortisol production as a surrogate for degree of Cushing's disease which showed a trend towards more severe immune suppressive immunogenomic and TIIC profiles but was limited by the low statistical power of sub‐analysis (Figure S1 ).
