The positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) with a cutoff of < 1% were 44% and 96% respectively, which was quite significant, suggesting a dd-cfDNA value of > 1% may indicate active rejection (TCMR type ≥ 1 b or ABMR) where the sensitivity and specificity were 59% and 85% respectively.
