The mOS (5 months, 95% CI: 3.8–6.2) and mCSS (5 months, 95% CI: 3.6–6.4) of patients with lung metastases in the radiotherapy group were longer than the mOS (3 months, 95% CI: 1.9–4.1; P =0.239) and mCSS (3 months, 95% CI: 2.2–3.8; P =0.382) of patients in the nonradiotherapy group, but these differences did not reach statistical significance.
