A significant trend association between green tea consumption and comprehensive frailty was observed among those in the ≥75 years age group ( p for trend <0.01) in men; a green tea consumption of ≥3 cups per day was associated with a lower prevalence of comprehensive frailty, compared with the consumption of almost none (OR = 0.46, 95% CI = 0.30–0.72).
