The remaining part was reconstructed with a monoexponential function ( 23 , 33 ) since all input function curves obtained from standard dynamic protocol showed a trend that can be well represented by a monoexponential function (1): (1) C p ( t ) = a + b · e ( - c · t ) where a, b , and c coefficient values were obtained as mean values of monoexponential fit of each 10 IDIF, measured from 10 to 60 min in patients of group 1.
