CD8α antibody-mediated depletion showed a trend toward some impact on tumor antigen uptake by CD103 + DCs, which could be an indirect effect of removing CD8α + DCs by the antibody, but transient intratumoral depletion of T cells ( Besançon et al., 2017 ) in the first few days of treatment did not alter long-term survival in response to 1X AIP therapy ( Figure S3I ).
