Even though the differences in the changes that were induced between the two training conditions did not reach statistical significance, the effect of gamified DTT in improving the MDS-UPDRS III scores appeared to be larger than that of STT (−3.88 versus 0.13 points for which a negative value indicates improvement in the MDS-UPDRS III score).
