SNPs-Lifestyle Interactions Across Pubertal Stages After controlling for age and sex ( Supplementary Table S4 ), we found two statistically significant interactions in the entire population: one between WDR11-FGFR2 -rs3943077 and walking to school [β = -0.079 (-0.132 to -0.026), P = 0.004] and the other between ADIPOQ -rs6773957 and exercise [β = 0.038 (0.018 to 0.058), P = 1.71 × 10 -4 ], as well as five nominally significant interactions.
