Results indicated that although several genes involved in apoptosis (BNIP3, BNIP3L and ICAM3), are non-affected by IL1A knockdown, CDK6, Casp8, Casp10 showed a clear trend for overexpression in IL1A knockdown hCPC-siIL1A although the differences did not result statitistically significant.
