then separated patients by the method, and they found that the elevated PCPI group by the bromodeoxyuridine method had a shorter median TTP (3 years versus 6.8 years) and that the difference was not significant, but trending towards significance, for FC (4.7 years versus not reached for low PCPI group, p = 0.8), which could have been due to the low number of patients ( n = 49) in this subgroup [ 23 ].
