Insomnia severity, measured with the ISI, showed a significant main effect of time at post-intervention (T 3 ) and an effect trending towards significance at follow-up (T 4 ) for the MTI group (T 3 , estimate: −1.93, SE: 0.72, P = 0.008; T 4 , estimate: −1.47, SE: 0.77, P = 0.06) in the ITT analysis.

Here, only concomitant medications, participant age, waist-to-hip ratio (all trending towards significance at p = 0.05, 0.08, and 0.09, respectively) and sex of participant ( p = 0.01) were impactful.

We conversely observed that probiotics usage before and/or during travel was trending towards significance ( P = 0.05), along with travel to a rural destination ( P = 0.09).

A difference was considered significant for P values ≤ 0.05 and trending towards significance for P values >0.05 – ≤0.10.

Magnitude of loading was trending towards significance (Pillai trace’s = 0.04, F 1,143 = 3.01, p = 0.053, ƞ 2 = 0.0) and no interactions were found.

The direct effect of group on post-task ESE was trending towards significance ( b = 9.44, SE = 4.83, p = .054).

After adjusting for FFM in Model 3, ∆AUC 0-210 glycine remained inversely associated with ∆AUC 0-210 hunger (partial r 2 = 0.45, p < 0.001) and TOF (partial r 2 = 0.16, p = 0.043), while its positive association with satisfaction was trending towards significance (partial r 2 = 0.15, p = 0.055).

When we analyzed the association of sublineages A1 or A2 with patient clinical variables, the association with the sublineages and O stage was trending towards significance ( p = 0.05544), and smoking status was significant ( p = 0.029; Table 4 ).

This difference was trending towards significance ( F (1, 20) = 4.07, p = .057) with a large effect ( d = .85).

The four analyses largely replicated the results of our main analysis except that (a) the right pars orbitalis was now trending towards significance when MDD was removed ( p = 0.057); and (b) the right caudal anterior cingulate gyrus was significant when GAD was removed ( F (10, 145) = 4.940, p = 0.028, η p 2 = 0.03; for full details, see online Supplementary Table S1 – S4 ).

No other group comparisons were significant, with only trending towards significance for vehicle-treated Tat(+) mice compared to MJN110-treated Tat(+) mice ( p = 0.057). 3.3.2.

In secondary analysis of the current study, PRS-Sz was associated with depressive and positive sub-domains of the CAPE-42 in the IMAGEN cohort, whereas in the older Utrecht cannabis cohort, PRS-Sz was associated with depressive and negative sub-domains, with results trending towards significance for the positive sub-domain ( p = 0.058).

Differences in Construct Scores As depicted in Table 4 , although trending towards significance, no statistically significant differences were observed for FI by racial and ethnic group ( p = 0.058).

After the creation of the osteochondral fragment, cfDNA concentrations in SF were significantly higher for OA joints than for sham-operated joints on Days 28 (median 1430 and 631, respectively, p = 0.017) and 63 (median 1537 and 606, respectively, p = 0.021); SF concentrations were trending towards significance for OA joints on Days 35 ( p = 0.059) and 56 ( p = 0.070).

The Weighted UniFrac algorithm found trending towards significance difference ( P = 0.059) in the composition of the gut bacterial population between the subjects in the ADHD group and the subjects in the Control group ( Fig. 1 D).

GRIN2A variants were significantly increased in the EOP cohort for two of the additional control sets ( p = 0.02 and p = 0.02), and trending towards significance for the third ( p = 0.06).

The fourth stratum was trending towards significance with p = 0.06 yet explained the most variance out of all the models (R 2 = 0.39).

As shown in Figure 3 c, A2M levels for the elderberry condition at 6 months were significantly higher than baseline [ t (20.00) = −2.73, p = 0.01, g av = 0.78, moderate–large effect], and trending towards significance for higher values than 3 months [ t (20.00) = −1.99, p = 0.06, g av = 0.24, small effect] in post hoc comparisons.

Patients with lower Jaccard/Dice coefficients had longer PFS ( p = 0.045 for both), and patients with lower Jaccard/Dice coefficients had higher OS trending towards significance ( p = 0.060 for both).

A difference in survival, trending towards significance, was seen between WT ( n = 11) relative to CD8 KO mice ( n = 9; p = 0.06), implanted with kinome KO GL261 glioma cells (Fig. 1c ), suggestive of CD8 T-cell-mediated selection in WT mice implanted with kinome KO GL261 glioma cells.

The group-by-condition interaction was trending towards significance for the frequency of long glances, p = 0.06.

Relative bioavailability (%) of mebendazole in CSF compared to plasma was lower at 100 mg/kg (4 ± 3) compared to 200 mg/kg (10 ± 5), which was trending towards significance ( p = 0.06).

There was a weak relationship between ascorbate and HLA-DR expression in patients only, trending towards significance ( p = 0.06).

There was no significant effect of context on total number of lever presses [RM two-way ANOVA: F (1,8) = 3.051, p = 0.1188] and on response rate [RM two-way ANOVA: F (1,8) = 0.2291, p = 0.6450] but the effect was trending towards significance for reward rate [RM two-way ANOVA: F (1,8) = 4.729, p = 0.0614] during the scheduled reinforcement phase in WT mice.

This was trending towards significance (p=0.063).
