In both OS (70.5 versus 63.4% on 5-year OS rate, P =0.31) and PFS groups (71.4 versus 47.3% on 5-year PFS rate, P =0.074), the data showed a trend, although not statistically significant, towards worse clinical outcomes in patients with weak SMARCB1 gene expression ( Figure 5 C,D).
