The proliferation of T cells showed a trend of reduction, however, not a significant one ( Figure 4(c) ), while immunophenotyping revealed a significant decrease in the percentages of CD3 + , CD4 + and CD8 + T cells and an increase of B cells in mice treated by aGKE in comparison to values obtained in controls ( Figure 4(d) ).
