Women in the PPCM cohort seemed to be less likely to breastfeed, but this difference did not reach statistical significance (59.9% vs 75.8%, P = .06.) However, the rates of breastfeeding in the PPCM cohort decreased significantly after diagnosis (59.9% vs 24.3%, P = .009) ( Table 4 ).
