An increasing trend was seen in EMS-witnessed arrests (OR 1.05; 95% CI, 1.03–1.06), bystander CPR (OR 1.06; 95% CI, 1.05–1.07), bystander delivered AED shocks (OR 1.20; 95% CI, 1.16–1.25) and attempted EMS resuscitations (OR 1.03; 95% CI, 1.02–1.03).
