The frequencies of circulating IFN-γ expressing B cells in the total lymphocytes decreased from 3.36 ± 1.74% to 1.79 ± 1.37% significantly ( p = 0.018) ( Figures 1H , 2I ) while IL-10 expressing B cells in the total lymphocytes decreased from 0.56 ± 0.50% to 0.23 ± 0.15 % significantly ( p = 0.042) ( Figures 1I , 2J ) after TAC therapy, although, in a posthoc analysis, the difference did not reach statistical significance in 12 months compared with baseline.
