Multivariate analysis confirmed that sarcopenia was an independent negative prognostic factor for OS (HR, 0.257, 95% CI, 0.083–0.794; P = .02) in HCC patients treated with lenvatinib, and was associated with worse PFS although the association did not reach statistical significance (HR, 0.431, 95% CI, 0.185–1.003; P = .05).
