The median time for progression was 11.9 and 11.0 months, respectively in patients received combined chemotherapy with pyrotinib and standalone pyrotinib therapy, which showed a trend for longer PFS with patient group receiving combined with chemotherapy, however, there was no statistical significance ( p = 0.4989) (Figure 5 ).
