As shown in Additional file 2 : Table S1, the Spearman ρ test revealed that the correlation between the 12 months postoperative anti-glaucoma medications and 12 months hyperreflective cell density was significant (r = 0.4, P < 0.01), whereas it did not reach statistical significance for preoperative anti-glaucoma medications and 12 months hyperreflective cell density (r = 0.2, P = 0.10).
