Median overall survival was longer among patients treated with molecularly guided therapy ( n = 17) compared with patients treated with standard options ( n = 78), although this observation did not reach statistical significance (23.6 months vs 14.7 months; hazard ratio for death, 0.568; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.268 to 1.205; P = .13; Figure 2 ).
