As exhibited in Figure 5 , patients with GSTP1-H showed a trend of worse OS compared with those with GSTP1-L [median OS: 9.2 (95% CI: 3.01–15.39) months vs 16.3 (95% CI: 12.42–20.18) months], although the difference was not statistically significant (χ 2 =3.247, P =0.072).
