Patients with co-morbidities were more likely to present PCI, although only the association of having a diagnosis of a lung disease (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, surgery for lung cancer, pulmonary emphysema, and pneumonia) was nearly significant (age- and education-adjusted OR, 95%CI: 1.87, 0.97–3.60).
