Six SNPs had nominally significant associations to more than one endpoint. rs11082257, an intronic SNP in PIK3C3 on chromosome 18q12.3, was associated with decreased risk for any IA (HR = 0.88, 95% CI 0.78–0.99, P = 0.031), mIAA-first (HR = 0.76, 95% CI 0.62–0.93, P = 0.008) and T1D (HR = 0.79, 95% CI 0.65–0.97, P = 0.022). rs301707
