After separating into three clusters, the “immune-hot” cluster of patients with the highest infiltration of T-cell subtypes showed improved disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) compared to the other two groups that had lower T-cell levels; however, this did not reach statistical significance (Supplementary Fig. 6B ).
In this “hot-spot” analysis, high CD4 levels also correlated with better prognosis but with borderline significance, while no other single or multiplex marker had prognostic significance (Supplementary Fig. 9 ).
