In our study, based on bioinformatics approaches, we analyzed the expression of 18m6A regulators in lung adenocarcinoma versus normal tissues and discovered that the majority of the studied genes showed considerable alterations in gene expression levels of LUAD tumors when compared with normal tissues, however two readers: YTHDC1 ( p = .419) and YTHDC2 ( p = .339) and one eraser: ALKBH5 ( p = .235), did not reach statistical significance in terms of their expression in lung adenocarcinoma data.
