In addition to molecular events, when we scored histological heterogeneity using an H&E-stained section of patient tumor slides, we found a positive correlation between histological heterogeneity and genomic ITH even though it did not reach statistical significance due to a limited sample size ( n = 12, Supplementary Fig. 17).
