Although some of the differences from these comparisons did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.15, p = 0.13 and p < 0.05, respectively), such patterns of indel rates by xrPE in reference to the PE3 groups roughly correlate with the xrPE-associated 2.1-, 1.8-, and 2.5-fold of overall efficiency enhancements for the 3 types of modifications (see Figs. 3 c and 4b ).
