While a larger proportion of subjects in the adjuvanted arm achieved a 4-fold rise in SNA to all three poliovirus strains (84% in the fIPV + dmLT arm versus 50% in the fIPV arm), the serotype-specific differences between groups did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.11 (PV1); p = 0.11 (PV2); p = 0.14 (PV3), and p = 0.08 (all serotypes).
