It is worth noting that in all three groups, the tumor sites' MR signals showed a trend of first increasing and then weakening, which indicated that Mn 3 O 4 @PEG-GMBP1 NPs could be metabolized in a short time, and that the long-term toxicity of this nanomaterial was negligible.
