It is interesting to note that only in R patients, the decrease in Tregs observed during treatment was mainly due to a decrease in the effector Treg cells ( p <0.0001; Figure 2 ), while in the resting and non-activated Treg subsets there was a slightly significant downregulation (Supplementary Figure 3).
