10 that only the d α /d T curves calculated by the 3-DAEM method showed a trend with a bimodal curve with two distinct pyrolysis peaks, which are in good agreement with the experimental results, while the d α /d T curves calculated by the C–R and DAEM methods presented a unimodal curve, indicating that the 3-DAEM method is a more suitable tool that can truly and effectively describe the thermal debinding kinetics of the gelcast SiAlON green bodies.
